For most of my career, I’ve been leading organizations, working alongside boards, guiding volunteers, and helping teams navigate growth, change, and everything in between. I’ve also spent decades as a musician and storyteller—so it’s no surprise that what drives me is connection. Whether I’m facilitating a retreat, mentoring a new executive, or producing a podcast that highlights creative voices, my goal is the same: to help people move forward with clarity and purpose.
